Sorry if this breaks any rules, it's not my auction, but I lol'd and you will too.

He must have mistyped. Either that or there is something really special about those Leylines.

Always looking for sealed product!
Yeah, they're like $6-8 not $250 each, unless the eBay set included a month of daily blow-jobs from someone reasonably attractive?
They apparently mistyped all their auctions:

The rest are even more rediculous.
Clearly this is a result of hyper-inflation. We're all going to be millionaires. :(
Obviously they are anticipating the dollar dropping some more!
In the coming months the US government will print more and more dollars, and you will get dollar bills that say '$ 100,000,000,000,000,000' with a picture of George W on it, and you will use it to fuel your hearthfires.
Edit: At least the shipping is good.

The man is obviously a genius. All he needs to do is sell one of those and boom, that's a thousand dollars. Clearly, he has little time to waste with small shit. Going straight for the expensive shit. Like Foil Razia's. The man knows his cards. :)
For the foreseeable future, expect to see less of me. I've lost my internet connection, and so I'll only be able to get on by siphoning free Wi-Fi from the surrounding areas. Which isn't always consistent.
Plus, the guy that I used to leech off of has now instituted password protection. This means that I effectively do not have internet at home. :(
He is a friend of mine, I will ask him. It is either a joke for free listing day or a mistype.
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably delicious.
Team ADHD-To resist is to piss in the wind. Anyone who does will end up smelling.
Yeah I know him too, lol I noticed these and wondered what the hell was going on.
I think it was free listing day and they are just placeholders, he'll go back in and change the prices later.
Men yet not comprehending their stick in the scheme of the prey-on-prey ballet of ending day

Nice collection of foils even though they are insanely expensive.
He has a foil Japanese Masticore at the same price. Crazy.
He probably isn't ready to sell anything yet (but wants to get all the legwork done of setting up his e-bay store), so all he is doing is setting them at ridiculous prices so nobody buys them.
That would be my guess.

They are placeholders, and will have a price later. It was 5 cent listing day :P.
He's selling magic high end. You see, if uber rich people were buying the same cards that we're buying, they'll feel degraded. Therefore, they must buy more expensive cards to uphold and declare their status above us.
"Hey look I paid 1000 bucks for my foil Razia" is like saying "I own 5 Aston Martins" in MTG language.
They're placeholders. I've seen like 5 of these "why are these so expensive" threads now; it's a great way of getting free advertising apparently.
Yeah, you just put down the outrageous price that no one will touch with a 20 foot pole (and if they do, score?), and then that's one less thing you have to edit when you hit "List similar auction" at the end and you're able to get a huge number of auctions in on the 5¢/10¢ listing day. Then go back and edit.
Hmmm, I'm going to have to remember that trick, it would save you a lot of cash.
