    EDH Question

    The talk about Nicol Bolas in the spoiler thread raised a question. Are you allowed to have Planeswalkers as your generals for EDH, or does it have to be a legendary creature?

    According to the "official" rules it has to be a Legendary creature. Your house rules may vary.

    Otherwise, a lot of games might look like: Tezzeret, get Thran Dynamo, replay Tezzeret, get Sisay's Ring, replay Tezzeret, get Time Vault, get ready to lose...
