Grindstone works with cards like Ivory Mask or Solitary Confinement?
It says "target player's library", so i'm not sure on this.

The wording is clear -- it's still targetting the player. A player with shroud can't be targetted by Grindstone.

If something states 'each' player, then shroud is useless. if it says 'target' anything, shroud covers.

There is no such thing as "target without using the word target". "Target" has to be in the ability or (like with enchant or equip) in the definition of the keyword, else there is no target.
Drop of Honey and the Porhphyry nodes do NOT target.
