If someone slides out a Dreadnought does its comes into play ability trigger, I assume its the same answer for Avalanche Rider or Eternal Witness as well?

Yes. If you slide out a 'nought, when it comes back, it will demand sacrifice again.

Do not meddle in the affairs of wizards.

"When ~this~ comes into play" triggers when it comes into play. It doesn't matter how it comes into play.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.

Except for phasing in. How does that work, exactly?

I know it does, but it doesn't trigger comes into play abilities or effects?
