Btw, regarding the Island, since all my other cards (except perhaps the LoAs :P) are german, I want my Islands to be german. That means no promo unfortunally (I have Ungleud if I would like) and I don't like the old A/Bs so I'm thinking about Mirage so far...

I agree, but I have a hard-on for old-border foil basics, especially those without the ugly giant blue mana symbol in the middle. If the lightning art ever came in foil, that would've been my pick (10th edition reprint doesn't count).

Everything is German and Foil if possible. Except for 3 fetchlands. They are a little too expensive for what they do. Might get them someday though.

Nice to see you posting here. I remember playing against that deck a few times at Game Empire when I lived in San Diego.

If that was my Meathooks deck, I would totally only be running 3 Plated Sliver. It'd bother me way too much. And it wouldn't be the first time I altered a card choice based on a lack of foil, and there's absolutely no shame in that.

SRY. Didnt have 4th vial when i needed to take that pic. So that plated was there to get 60 cards in picture. Now its -1 plated + 1 vial
