Hey, I've noticed a few of you are located in Eugene - seeing as there are no Legacy events 'round here, I need to find someone to play with! The guys at the local shops seem to be die-hard Standard players, and casual play with them tends to be pretty one-sided. So if you can find time away from your studies - I think I can - we should play!
Who's interested?
If you could get tournaments started up I'd be down. I live in Corvallis but I'd make the commute.
"We are goblinkind, heirs to the mountain empires of chieftains past. Rest is death to us, and arson is our call to war."
Ducks, eh? I just graduated from OSU last year.
I did a ton of hunting for Legacy Tournaments from Eugene to Salem, and sadly, your best bet is Other Worlds in Portland. There's casual magic around (I highly recommend an EDH deck; there was no Legacy in Corvallis, but lots of EDH), but not much eternal magic.

Yeah, I'm from Portland and just spent the summer playing Legacy at Other Worlds.
So far both replies to this thread have mentioned tournaments, but I'm just looking for some people to play casual, competitive Legacy with. If we can get a group big enough together then a tournament would be the next step, but for now I just want someone to play with!
Dang, after investigation into the profiles of members in my area, it appears that many of them have been inactive for years.![]()

That sucks Nate, you should just drive back up to Portland every sunday, don't you have laundry you need you're mom to do or something?

c. I can smell you from here
yes, this is Lenny
I found a guy at the local card shop who said he'd play Legacy, and that he knows at least 2 other people who'd play, but we've yet to actually play. He obviously isn't a Legacy player, but it will still be nice to play somebody.
