    Enchantress Eldrazi

This is going to be an Enchantress deck that focuses on mana generation and uses two of the Legendary Eldrazi (Emrakul and Ulamog) as the primary win conditions. The primary mana generation will be Serra's Sanctum and *perhaps* Gaea's Cradle, as well as Exploration/ Gaea's Touch, and Heartbeat of Spring.

Enchantress is an effective defensive/ stall/ survival deck shell and card draw, card search engine and the Eldrazi would seem like they would have a nice home in this archetype. Current Enchantress win conditions are notoriously mana inefficient, even moreso than Eldrazi- Words of War requires 13 mana between its casting cost and activation costs.

Analysis of the 2 win conditions:

Since we are hardcasting the Eldrazi, we can use Karakas to bounce them back into our hand and recast them for their effects and to get rid of Pacifism- like effects.

Annihilator means that eventually our Eldrazi will break through any permanent defense.

Ulamog is cheaper. He's indestructable so he fares better against artifact decks. Karakas means we can eliminate the biggest obstable on the board every time we cast him (such as Glacial Chasm).

Emrakul gives us a Time Walk. He is nearly as indestructable as Ulamog although he is vulnerable to lands (like Karakas!) and artifacts. Emrakul/ Karakas means we will go infinite turns. He can't be countered.

    Deck:

    Draw:
    Enchantress's Presence
    Argothian Enchantress
    *Cream of the Crop
    *Sylvan Echoes

    Mana:
    *Heartbeat of Spring
    Gaea's Touch
    Exploration
    Wild Growth
    Lotus Petal
    Elvish Spirit Guide
    *Harrow
    *Recross the Paths
    *Summer Bloom
    *Manabond

    Tutors:
    Sterling Grove
    Enligtened Tutor
    Living Wish

    Stall/ Defense:
    Sigil of the Empty Throne
    *Aura Shards
    Elephant Grass
    Karmic Justice
    Wheel of Sun and Moon
    Solitary Confinement
    *Leyline of Lifeforce

    Lands:
    Karakas
    *4 X Serra's Sanctum
    *4 X Gaea's Cradle
    *Tron pieces?

    *: Not in standard Enchantress

Obviously we don't care if Serra's Sanctum gets hit by Wasteland. We were going to Harrow it anyway, now we can play the Sanctum in our hand!

So we are going to take most of Enchantress, retool it with 43 Lands tech and finally add some Eldrazi to make it all worthwhile.

    TIMMAY!

Actually, no, it's not as ridiculous as it might first sound since there are ways to get 15 mana with Enchantress easily.

However, there are other ways that are also probably easy to get to 15 mana. Some sort of deck running Metalworker, Voltaic Key, Urzatron, etc. would possibly be able to hardcast them just as fast while still benefiting from Karakas.

Therein lies the problem. Is it worth it to change the shell of Enchantress just for a flashy win-condition that can be hated out? Or is it better to just stick with a different mana-ramping scheme to get them into play. Game 1, the nice thing about Enchantress is that a lot of the opponent's cards will be dead draws (StP, Smother, etc.), why give them targets just so you can do something like that?

Have you considered running Magus of the Candelabra in order to abuse both Cradle and Sanctum?

Emrakul can neither be StP'ed or Smothered.

There's pretty much no reason to run Ulamog here when you could just run more copies of Emrakul. Ulamog can be removed by StP and Path, whereas Emrakul can't, and the Vindicate ability on Ulamog is pretty useless. What specific permanents are you worried about? Emrakul flies over Moat, Ulamog can't Vindicate Humility anyway, and virtually no one plays Solitary Confinement (and you can just keep swinging with Emrakul to force them to sacrifice it regardless).

Also, why would he require extra turns via Karakas, when he could just swing and win with Emrakul?
