I'm gonna be going, as long as nothing else turns up. Work until 5, and I'll head over. I can drive you Vacrix.

So before people go to Artifex/GE on Thursday, remember that there's the Knightware Tournament in Los Angeles on the 16th.

Are there people interested in going/organizing rides?

Last time, Sean, Ben, Charlie, and I split a ride there and it was a lot of fun.

Yeah, I'm actually talking to Ben on chat right now. I will most likely be going and I can take up to 5 people, including myself.

Ok, I might have a huge team coming with me. Matt is down. Oliver is down. We might meet another guy (Denny) there who is playing UW Tempo, and I might be taking up 2 other guys (Tim and Mikey) who will each play one of Oliver's or my decks. And we still haven't heard back from Charlie or Sean.

Is anyone else from SD going?

Haven't heard from Charlie or Sean.

Apparently Ben's car ride thing didn't work out. Are there more cars driving down? We can fill like 3-4 bodies in there, plus picking up two people from Caltech if possible.

Game Empire will be holding Legacy Tournaments (starting June 6th) every 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month @ 5:30 p.m.
Tourneys will initially be unsanctioned but sactioning will happen if there are 12+ people per tourney for the first 4 events.
Cost will be $6 and prizes will be store credit. Also, two random names will be drawn for free entry into the next FNM tournament.

Are there going to be any Legacy tournaments going on around the week of Comic-Con? Me and my girlfriend are heading down, and I wanted to know if I could play in an actual Legacy event for once.

This will be both an economically feasible AND sensible move.

At Artifex last week they claimed that there's legacy tournaments every Saturday night there; is this true? If so, what are the specifics (cost of entry, size of tournament, prizes, etc.)?

Sean Johnson and I are going. I am assuming Nemo and his friend is going, and that also Ben (Vacrix) and his friend is going. Also assuming Keving (Kevdog) and Shawna are going.

I have five finals on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday :-(.

I'll go to the next one, though.

I'll be here, I know another guy who wants to come but he's short 3-4 cards, if anyone has 3 shackles, 1 B2B and maybe a clique or two that he could borrow that would be cool.

We've all tried to get something going over there on Saturday but it generally falls through (was $5 entry, credit prize). I think Sundays at GE will be a better time/day and easier for a lot of us.

I'm definitely gonna show up. I just moved out here from MI, and I haven't played cards in months. I may need a few cards for Zoo, like some of the lands, if anyone has them. Also, do people like to draft?

Apparently there is a legacy tournament at Game Empire at 530. Anyone else going? I will be there with Supachai.
