i meant fbb german revised. i´ve seen your aspect of wolf as well as korean 4th fbb, but korean is not revised ;-)

when this aspect exists, there might maybe also duals that look like this, or a mana vault, a wheel of fortune. any playable rare would be so pimp, i cant express in words...

you may wonder why this is PIMP - because a limited number of those cards were printed with an additional creature type "wizard" instead of being it only "cephalid".

Different binders for different sets, or one big binder for multiple sets?

Small binder for small sets
Medium binder for 2 small sets (e.g. DK and FE)
Big Binder for the huge sets (Ice Age)

But with around 50 binders it starts to gets complicated...Bought a black one for my Beta cards (BTW: My 4th Beta Sea is on its way).

Oh and just a random question, are all the missing cards still attainable? What I mean is, Magic was born almost 20 years ago, and it's a fact of life that people die, so it's not outside the realm of possibility that an artist is already dead by now. I know it's possible that the artist died after having signed some of his cards but maybe there are too few out there of that specific signed card.

I collect cards from all the Sets (you don't get to 26K of signed cards with the cards from Alpha - AL). As long as they're English. I had to draw a line. The Unsets and those blasted Duel-Decks and Lightning-Sliver-Entomb-Decks I avoid (I just can't be bothered).

For me it's the thrill to get the latest sets as "signed as possible" but today's sets are much more difficult because a) far more artists and b) a lot of them have a no sign via mail policy.

Artist death is a fact and the longer I collect/Magic continues the more artists will pass away and make the existing signed cards VERY expensive. But it's not really an issue yet.

The main problem is to track down artist X because he/she one card that I need (Kirsten Bishop and her War Elephants or Cornelius Brudi with his Beta Wanderlust / Beta Pearled Unicorn ).

I will add more sets as time goes by. Antiquities and Beta will be next (Maybe Thursday or Friday)...

I kind of miss building sets. I was building a bunch for a long time until I realized I just wasn't seeing old cards anymore to trade for. I was sad. I'd still love to finish Alpha, but it's rare to see those in trade folders at all nowadays.

Basically if you want to build an old set you have to slowly piece it together by following ebay auctions for the majority of the cards. Unfortunately that has gotten expensive in the past few years. I'm happy I finished my Arabian Nights set before old cards went crazy on ebay. I remember back in the day (around 2003) you could pick up Alpha/Beta cards for really cheap on ebay. Those days are gone for good.
