You don't think we'll see more Reanimator there? Several people around here run the deck, and I find the matchup to be grossly unfavorable even with Extirpate out of the board. I also tested a build of Aggro Loam that had 5 REB effects plus 4 STP maindeck and still was solidly unfavored, thanks to Mental Misstep. If Jin hits the board at any time before you're represening lethal, it's over. If Jin-Gitaxias makes a big showing, you'll need Dismember to have a chance.
What does Dismember do against Jin? It's a 5/8.

Alright, in my testing, I have happily found the natural order matchup to be hugely in our favor.s But I have to ask, do you guys take out devastating dreams for game 2 and 3? I went -2 DD -3 Sesimic +3 Duress +2 perish, this worked ok, but I am feeling like DD is sort of important.
5/4? What card am I thinking is a 5/8?
I think I'd rather almost have a bunch of Terminates. Sure, it doesn't hit Sphinx of the Steel Wind, but it'll hit Jin, Archon, Tarmogoyf, etc. Bolt just doesn't get there against Goyfs, as I've noticed.
I think if you want to beat Reanimator, running 4 Leyline and 2 Extirpate is the way to go.

Empyrial Archangel, and Red Elemental Blast works just as well against Jin Gitaxias, which is already a SB card the deck runs. I'm not sure how Dismember would help where REB won't.

Fucking website.
It's like I'm at the bank, triplicate post!
I still think running Terminate over, say, Bolt might be better. No Misstep shenanigans, hits everything (barring Shroud, etc.)
I may re-tool my list again. Ugh.
I noticed in the online version, some guy took 3rd or 4th playing Loam with 4 Fires. I'm thinking 4 Fires is pretty terrible, especially since he was playing 0 Assault (1 in the board, though). Also, Sylvan Library is the only card holding NO RUG together, I swear. That deck on topdeck mode is the worst. With Sylvan, however, it's pretty fucking good.

I wouldn't use the phrase "weak to Daze." I want more solid removal against bigger creatures that are going to show up (Jin, Tombstalker, Goyf, etc.)
-Matt
Fires is great to deal with small guys, much like Darkblast. Terminate deals with everything *maniacal laughter*
-Matt
Not saying Bolt is bad, it's just I've been holding Bolt against Goyfs for many games, and essentially have just been holding my dick in my hands. Just saying. I mean, that way, I have an answer to both small dudes and big dudes. An online Assault answers any creature, not just small ones (unless you don't have Loam).

Well, one could do a -4 bolt +2 punishing fire +2 terminate split. Althought unless you are splashing white, finding the groves might be a challenge.
the removalsuite i was thinking about for my list would be:
3x lighting bolt
2x terminate
2-3x punishing fire
2-3x seismic assault
also running 3x burning wish
what do you guys think about that?
So you'd be running 4 Fires total? Hm.juppal

Seems fine to me.AggroSteve

I play this list atm:
Creatures:
4 Dark Confidant
3 Kird Ape
4 Tarmogoyf
1 Terravore (instead of 1 kird ape, still testing)
4 Wild Nacatl
Spells:
2 Terminate
2 Go for the Throat
4 Lightning Bolt
3 Life from the Loam
4 Chain Lightning
2 Sylvan Library
3 Seismic Assault
LAnd:
2 Badlands
2 Forgotten Cave
2 Scalding Tarn
3 Wasteland
3 Taiga
4 Arid Mesa
3 Bloodstained Mire
4 Wooded Foothills
1 Savannah
This list is very, very fast.
Burning wish gives you more options for against anything, but not really needed atm I think.
Aggro Loam is really good atm against all the decks, only aggro and combo ain't supergood.
So I'm thinking of playing firespout main 3x against those decks (or DD, but DD is crap because you need to throw away the land^^). Now you've also got another option, like playing white.
Kotr is a bom and stp ain't bad either lol.
But about my deck now:
the list is fast because of kird ape and wild nacatl and others, also bolt and chain is quite good because youy can burn them or their creatures... I really like this list.
Only thinking of what I should play sideboard, atm it's this:
SB: 4 Leyline of the Void
SB: 2 Ancient Grudge
SB: 4 Mental Misstep
SB: 2 Pyroblast
SB: 2 Red Elemental Blast
SB: 1 xx
I would like or firespout main 3x or side. Also 4x chalice is quite good these times lol because
many decks are screwed because of it^^.
Please tell me your sideboard experiences :)
And don't be scared about mm, they also take mostly 2 damage so that's better then nothing.
I mostly use bolt and chains to kill their little creatures (nobles, bob,dryad,...) so they don't have any advance turn 2. And if you've got a wasteland then you've got really much advantage.
But what should we do against combo :O?
Against combo, go for lunch or pack 8 slots of hate or more.
