I'm not sure how to properly word activating an activated ability of a permanent card in a graveyard that you just sacrificed. I suppose you could say "Choose an activated ability of the sacrificed Planeswalker and activate it without paying its costs." It just sound weird though.
Lord of Shadows
Creature - Horror
Unearth
Other creatures you control that entered the battlefield without you paying their mana cost get +1/+1 and have swampwalk.

Metagame Annihilator AKA Vintage Players can suck it long and hard
3UB
Instant
Split Second
You may pay 1 life and exile either a blue or black card from your hand rather than pay ~'s mana cost.
Counter target spell cast from a graveyard. Remove all graveyards from the game.
update: should probably be WG instead to really bone them.
Very true. Of course, making it into a triggered ability nearly defeats the purpose. The creatures still die to instant speed removal or engineered plague.
Anyway, here's another card that I have had sitting around:
Engineered Victory 1W
Enchantment
As ~ enters the battlefield, choose a creature type.
Creatures that aren't of the chosen type get +1/+1.
That card exists, and is called Shared Triumph.
I wanted to try my hand at a few quasi-colorshifts. It's my take on a white Engineered Plague, although the name pretty much gives it away.
Wicked Shadowwalker
Creature - Demon Wizard
T, Exile each other permanent you control: Return all permanent cards from your graveyard to the battlefield, then put each card exiled by ~ into its owner's graveyard.
1/2
I've been trying to hammer out something like the above for a while. I want the effect, but I'm still balancing the costs.
Quicksilver Drop 1
Artifact
As Quicksilver Drop enter into play, choose an artifact with cmc 0. Quicksilver drop come into play tapped as a copy of that artifact.
Meganecro.
When I used to play Yugioh, I used to love Yata. Maybe a Magic Version?:
(as posted from the B/R thread)
Flashbang Elemental
Creature - Elemental
Sacrifice ~ at the beginning of the next end step.
Whenever ~ deals damage to a player, that player cannot draw cards until the end of that player's turn

Sorcery
Target player discards two cards at random and you discard one card at random.
One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
Crystal Mox - 0
Artifact
Crystal Mox comes into play tapped.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
Mana acceleration that doesn't make all combo more degenerate and is usable as non turn-1 ramp by everyone that cares to.
I also wouldn't mind seeing a reworking of the free "hoser" creatures from MM that didn't hose so much as mostly just suck. Like:
[Fixed Rushwood Legate] 3G
Creature - Elf Druid
Flash.
If an opponent controls a non-basic land, you may cast [Fixed Rushwood Legate] paying [Fixed Rushwood Legate]'s casting cost.
When [Fixed Rushwood Legate] enters the battlefield, remove all cards in all graveyards from the game.
2/2
And all similar to that, addressing things their colors tend to address, or maybe be multicolored, but all free off non-basic lands, or spells cast, or something that tends to occur in Legacy.
They say the Stoneforge Mystic / Snapcaster Mage / Dark Confidant / Tarmogoyf cycle is missing the red piece. Here's my take on it:
Chandra's Right Hand
Creature - Human Warrior Shaman
Haste; Level up - Pay 1 life (3/3)
[Level 2-3] Lifelink; T: Chandra's Right Hand deals 2 damage to target creature or player. (0/1)
[Level 4+] T, Discard X cards: Draw X cards;: Remove any number of level counters from Chandra's Right Hand. (0/4)
Black Brainstorm - "Braindrain"
B - Instant
Look through opponents hand and the top three cards of that player's library. Choose one card from amongst those and discard it, then place two cards from those remaining back on top of that players library in any order.
Sound too good? That's because it is. Just like Brainstorm.
Someday Brainstorm is going to be banned.
Twelve Angry Men
Sorcery (R)
Put twelve red 2/2 Human Berserker tokens with haste onto the battlefield.
