I'm currently using one of these: http://tinyurl.com/bllpo4n. It can store two double sleeved decks. But the lid tends to be quite loose. I really don't want my FBB duals to get damaged while I carry the box in my backpack. Any suggestions? What do you guys use?
I'm using these and very happy with them: UltraPro Mana Flip Box
Using the UltraPro Mana Flip box aswell, fits a double sleeved deck very well + some extra sleeves/folded paper.
+1 for the UltraPro Mana Flip Box. It fits 100 cards very well, although there's a ton of room left over on the sides (which I am not a fan of, I don't like my cards sliding around).
The flip lid stays secure as long as the box is sitting in a bag upright and is packed somewhat carefully. I also usually wrap mine in a plastic bag because I'm paranoid (I have heard of them coming open when stored in a bag on their side/upside-down and packed haphazardly).
It is my deck box of choice until I find something with a tighter lid and a bit less space on the sides.

No room for tokens or anything like that, but my Double sleeved deck and sideboard fits nice and tight.
I use the Ultra-Pro ProDeck Box. It's designed to fit 100 sleeved cards and it has an insert to divide your maindeck from sideboard. I'm able to fit 75 double-sleeved cards easily with room to spare (not on the sides, just the front and back), so you definitely have room for tokens/extra sleeves/etc.
SCG deckboxes fit a double sleeved 75 with some tokens pretty nicely. The only problem is you need to be a walking billboard for them
I like these:
Ultra Pro 150 Count-Box
Nicely holds 75 double-sleeved cards and a hand full of tokens.
