Dredge mechanics and Omnicience Matchup's Ruling?

    Hi all,

I have a few questions re: Manaless Dredge (dredge in general really) against the Omniscience Matchup.
I've heard a few different opinions on this....

Let's say my opponent plays Show and Tell.
They play Omniscience, I play a Griselbrand.

    They then play Emrakul.

Now I'm curious as to when is the soonest point at which I could pay7 life and Grisel-dredge away? Can I Pay7 and put this on the stack immediately after Grisel comes out?
If not, when is the soonest I can?

    Likewise, I'm also playing Phantasmagorian.
I play that at any time I could play an instant/activated ability on my opponents' turn, even in my own end step, right?

    And last question - should my opponent attack with me with their Emrakul, and I have Bridge from Below in the GY;
I sac my creatures to **annihilator 6** and then when I have satisfied that, my Bridge(s) trigger, bringing a whole lot of Zombies into the field.
    Is this right?

    Thanks everyone!

If your opponent holds priority, you can use Grisel's alibity in response to emrakul's extra turn trigger- that's the earliest you can Grisel-Dredge.

Phantasmagorian's alibity is instant-speed, correct, so you can play it anytime you could play a instant, even on your end step.

Annhilator 6 triggers, you sac six permanents, or if you don't have that many, you sac as many as you can, then after that is done, check for triggers from bridges, grab that many zombies.

General tip, after Emmy turns sideways, and after you resolve annhilator, you can cycle street wraith to try and dredge up a narcomoeba to block. It is sort of a bad idea to use grisel's life payment because you'll lose all flying blockers and be dead to Emmy's 15 damage if you don't have 7 creatures total.

Just want to mention that Emrakul has no extra-turn-trigger when he gets Show & Telled.

Kenjawn, Mutator of Cells is indestructible.
Permanents you control can't be sacrificed or copied.
Whenever Kenjawn, Mutator of Cells attacks, defending player gets liver cancer (This effect doesn't end at end of turn.)

In the OP, Emrakul, The Aeons Torn was not Show and Telled; he was played off the Omniscience "without paying it's mana cost", which means he DOES trigger the extra turn ability.

It was the Omniscience that was put into play off the Show and Tell.
