Let's say Player1 has awakening zone and some other creature in play and Player2 has Taberncle at pendrell vale. Will Player1 be able to put an eldrazi into play and use it to make mana to keep his creature alive? Would it be different if Player1 controlled the tabernacle?
Does Humility shut off Tabernacle?
Part 1 - Yes, the Active player has creatures which now have the ability "At the beginning of your upkeep, payor destory ~"*. Since this is a trigger from an object you control, and all the triggers occur simultaneously, you can stack them in any order you want. You would need to stack the Tabernacle triggers first, which would resolve them last in order to use the Eldrazi Spawn tokens as mana payment.
Part 2 - It depends on which shows up on the Battlefield later. If Humility shows up after Tabernacle, then nothing happens to your 1/1s. If Tabermacle shows up after Humility, then your creatures require taxing. This is dependent on time-stamp order for Layer 6 - "Adding/removing abilities".
* EDIT: Clarified Oracle text from Tabernacle.

Your questions are pretty easily answered if you check Tabernacle's oracle text:
All creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy this creature unless you pay {1}."
Koby's answers follow from the fact that Tabernacle gives all creatures an (upkeep triggered) ability.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.”
