Squandered Resources is Japanese. Many people, and dealers don't know the difference in Chinese (or Asian languages at all). I own some simplified Chinese stuff simply because it was mislabeled by the seller. I'd happy swap it all for real Chinese. Aesthetics aside simplified chinese is just awful, it's a governments attempt to destroy history and culture and to dumb something down for their people rather than to actually educate them </rant>.
WotC didn't start making Dumbed Down Chinese (Simplified) until Saga. Then they skipped it for Destiny and Legacy and the whole Masques block I believe.
Then the mainlanders threatened to lock Maro in solitary so they started making Dumb Chinese again in Invasion. They dropped real (Traditional) Chinese in Mirrodin sometime, then brought it back recently in Innistrad (?) (Librarities has a nice breakdown on what sets are in what languages).
I also own some Chinese cards here are a fewsee who can pick out the dirty simplified ones.

Fulvio aka Kaiser_Soze sold them to Nestor then Nestor sold them on ebay.
Kaiser had a lot of those moxen at one point and maybe he has a set leftover - ask him on tipo.
As it is incredibly shady to state real names of people here without approval better continue your conversation with Nestor in private.

What it takes to be a pimp:
1. Knowing the right people.
2. Have the money
Not one or the other, but both.
