I was watching the stream. On the last round, with Death and Taxes vs. Omniscience, how did the Omniscience win game two when he resolved a Slaughter Pact? He had "hardcasted" Emrakul via Omniscience.
Did I miss something?
Also, the round before that, the AnT mirror that went to time. That was hilarious.
I am convinced that WotC is "dumbing" the game because of all the stupid posts they come across on MTG-related forums

Best moment of the tournament: Notion Thief in response to Brainstorm. Opponent needs the Oracle text because he doesn't speak English very well and the card is in German. He reads it...and his jaw drops to the ground. But hey, he untaps and casts Ponder. Fine with me ;)
