How does one make a super sweet Shop deck? I'm assuming it's not foil, so it has to be either moon language on all possible cards (boringgggg) or fully signed in triplicate by artist/Richard Garfield.

Moon language on all cards, double signed, foil where applicable, and set of test print CoT (double signed just for the collector rubs).

I posted a sweet one for a friend some time back. Funny thing is, I have all the cards to make that deck too (except some of the japanese foils I didn't bother with), and could do better on Karn as well.

That deck is sick as fuck as well. The German guy's shops deck was russian foil where possible and he had just about everything signed and kaja foglio had a paint orgy on his shops. No summer ring/vault which is obviously insane. He has the test print COTs but this was real sanctioned vintage :) Anyway it was a sweet deck. He crushed me in the final swiss round but I avenged myself in the top 8.

Menges was a boss and signed a bunch of stuff ...

One of my favorite cards ever ... Black Knight

Brom signed a *couple* of swamps for me ... #hording

pen ran out during brom-orgy as well ...

Mark Poole signed a *few* mountains ... he was a champion as usual ...

    (sigh) WAR!

and finally ... ultimate victory ... Bob was a gentleman and kind enough to sign my Bobs. He claims these are the first Russian ones he's signed ... so ... perhaps I'm the only one who has these on Earth.

Nice haul, but especially the last picture. Kudos Sean!

Yeah I would put those at the top of the list of cool swag. Also, Bob was busy with work and still took the time to sign his card and sit around and chat. Meddling Mage was an MVP in vintage all day hopefully Pikula makes it to Eternal Weekend and I can get those inked up. I suppose if Mike Long was ever unbanned I could pull that German Rootwater Thief out of my lap and have him sign it.

For your friend's deck , are the City of Traitors tournament legal or does he have to switch them out?

Go back under your rock, I'm sure there's an Aluren discussion to be had with some try hard baddie that you should be attending to.

Thx. I'm really happy with them. Also for those of you wondering / PMing me about dumpster diving at Gencon here is some stuff from the $.50 / 25 for $10 boxes. Not quite the haul from last year but some interesting random ferrin' stuff.

Dragon Arches, Gush, Cabal Therapy, Stonehewer Giant. Disgustingly awesome finds.
