@swoop
You are clearly not aware of what beauty looks like, these bobs are simply amazingly beautiful.
Impressive nedless. Love the swords as well.
Awesome haul! Not gonna lie, my favorite "50 cent" card is the high-five bear.

You got those all from searching thru boxes at Gencon? What a way to spend the afternoon man. Yeah! Do they sell cheaper at Gencon or it's just the same?
Currently playing: BUG Nic Fit (combo /or control version)
So, I know that many of you are thrilled to see the Terrageddon deck I piloted to a Top4 finish last week or when, but as there were some troubles with the site's maintenance, I was unable to upload the pictures until now.
Ready? Lo and behold:
Lands:
Summon spells:
Other spells:
Çû de Boârd
There's a story behind each card, nothing special, usualy just some small thing. (E.g. Swords and Geddons I played in NQGw years ago, Heaths are pretty worn, I got them since I returned to game in 2005/6, I used them in Ext and then when I moved to Legacy I played them a lot, I got three Libraries for years and never played them until now, the Angels are from the same Haterator as Heaths and thus look quite the same.)
Oh, and a buddy of mine has a set of jap. Terravores. I need to get in contact with him...
PS: Yeah, deck sucks by this thread standards, I know it, no need to mention that. It's just a personal thing for me and I was really happy when I played it last week. In fact this is my new take on my old pet deck of past; this is how I would (should?) build my Creaturegeddon when our casual group was active. If I'd return in time back to early 2000's, this is how the deck would look like.
Insane pickups and awesome job Sean.
Occam, you could do better with some sunburst foils and textless karns as well for the shops decks ;)
So, I had the chance to pick up the summer sea that was on the market the past few weeks * would have held it for a buddy* or 2 collections that I could make a nice profit on... Sadly I went with the collections.
Just the thought of being able to say "I've owned a summer sea" is ridiculous. Anyways, I'll post some small goodies I've picked up the past week in a day or so.
EDIT: Who is going to DC?

Not as nice as Nedleed's stuff, just a pic of the cards I went and got signed at GenCon this year:

Sweet stuff, I forgot dude did new Hurkyl. Nevermore guy was always chatting and I never had the heart to interrupt him to sign the one card he did I give a shit about. Oh well.
Anyone going to Illuxcon in Allatoona, Nowhere, Penn?
That's all just digging through the bulk / ferrin' / .50 boxes. It takes some time but I usually devote most of Thursday and the second 1/2 of sunday to dealer room. Honestly compared to what you could pick up I didn't pick up shit. There were $800 beta volcanics, $350 beta non-blue duals ... etc.. Also if you want to get powered up and are OK with unlimited played you can kill it with cash at Gencon.
Up to the HJ, but typically considered legal. They're the same as actual cards.
Well I was the high bidder on it for pretty much the entire duration, but the condition wasn't good enough, and seller was trying to wrangle every possible cent from the sale. I'm not going to put 9k aside in a safe deposit for 3 months while he works on make an extra 100 euro by driving bids against each other. Could I have paid more than the eventual buyer? Yeah perhaps, but didn't have interest in working with the people selling.
One must imagine Sisyphus happy.
Yeah Jason Engle was actually very cool to talk with. Part of the fun getting signed for me is actually speaking with the artists and hearing their stories from behind the scenes. It's more fun for me talking with the new young artists who are generally happy and enthusiastic. With a lot of the older artists, you can really tell some of them are bitter about being more popular in our community for their older art, heh.
... And no one told me about these beta dual deals >.> I would have gladly dropped the money + a tip for someone to buy the rest of my 40 set. Hopefully DC/Eternal Weekend helps me out.
Occam, I was the one that sent you a PM talking about the price of the summer sea.

I know it's a week old, but muchas gracias to nedleeds for getting my shit signed at gencon:
I'm really looking forward getting the Lotus Petals back so I can check out those doodles. Just need to move and find an address in Seattle first
Edit: So that preview window doesn't show actual size. Fixed.

My terrible terrible pet deck. Please don't bother telling me how much it sucks! LOL. But seriously, anything to take my Angels for a spin.
