Meanwhile, the rest of the tournament is playing reallll Magic :-P
Jitte is just a bonkers card but it doesn't help the deck as much as, say, an extra Welder/blast/lock piece does in the grand scheme of things

It seems like almost every deck now is really running greedy mana bases. It almost make sense to run 2 Magus MB and another in the SB. Every deck seems to run 4 wasteland as well including many running at least one each of cavern of souls and karakas.
2 magus in MB? And what can we take out?
it's debatable. It looks like someone cam in 13th at DC. He did add in an additional moon effect (he ran 2 magus instead of one) and a Spellskite in the main at the cost of 1 Bridge and 1 REB. Link: http://sales.starcitygames.com//deck...p?DeckID=72112
Right or wrong, whenever I am looking to make space (like having 1 Koth MD) I have gone down to 1 bridge.
Well.. Look my list.. I guess I'll put 1 magus and cut 1 great furnance.. 2 bridges are essential in my opinion.
Don't cut the furnace and just go down to 19 land by cutting a fetch. It works just fine.
I would say Bridge as well. But I noticed that I almost always reduce or remove Top in game 2 and 3 to side in things like thorn or RIP. So maybe one less top? Hard choice but in todays daily. I won one and lost to one Reanimator. The games I won was usually because of Blood moon. It just slows them enough for me to combo or stops their brainstorm etc. Same goes for D&T or many of the delver decks. Blood moon really slows them down to allow you to establish your game plan. I am so happy today as I even beat a burn deck 2-1. Good day indeed when that happens. (I gave up even having COP:RED in the SB for this match up). I think there are many S&T and Reanimator decks now. So whatever changes we make we have to determine if it helps against these decks.
Y'all are splitting hairs by trying to merrit the addition or cutting of one single, and sometimes speculative, card in a well tuned deck. It would behoove you to study up on matchups wherein problems lie, as well as playtesting a tuned lists with the dicipline not to alter it. Before changing a single card, change the way you approach a certain problem and/or matchup with the deck and you'll more often find the answer is already in your hands.
Barring any last minute issues, I'll be hopping back on the stream game tonight after a long hiatus. List I'll run is the same as it has been for a month or two now. Found in the white splash post. 730 et slot.
Will it also be recorded?

@ Tiago as mentioned earlier the best way to learn the deck's in and out is to grab 1 list and play that list for months without changing anything. Then you will truly understand why these are considered the current builds. Jack/Seth have put countless hours into testing these lists and results have shown. The list is tight and plays well in any meta, once you have the testing under your belt then you will know what needs to be changed if anything. Good luck!
Play as much as you can before that. Although it may seem straight forward, there are many small interactions that can steal (or lose) you games. Learning to play around certain decks and strategies take a lot of time to learn as well. Being comfortable with this deck takes time. I know that all too well.
I consider myself a reasonable MTG player. I just need some important informations, like the match against S&T, have a lot in the field around here.
It would be really important to know if its better take out the grindstones or put the RIP/tormods and try to combo. Maybe both strategies and let the game happen then get the road to win.
