Just out of curiousity, would getting guru lands signed lower their value or increase it?
If the card is in mint condition, that will lower the price. Most places class a signed card as "Played".
It is better to ask and look stupid then keep your mouth shut and remain so.

I'm not sure yet about the 60th card in the maindeck, and I forgot to bring the undergrounds and the 4th polluted with me for christmass, so I had to "fix it" with some old photos..
Still waiting to find a signed beta time vault and some other upgrades (foil misdirections, foil thoughtseizes, antiquities hurkyl's), so work in progress.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I do not currently own Japanese foil Tendrils of Agony, Grapeshot, Massacre or Pithing Needles. My Cabal Therapys are currently with Ron Spencer (I used bubble mailers with those!), so I photoshopped in an older scan. My sideboard dividers are out getting signed as well - Johnny, Combo Player, Mise, Scissors Lizard, Paper Tiger, Rock Lobster and Goblin Tokens.
