That's what I'm trying to say.
What are ways to break this? I'm thinking about Allosaurus Rider and Vine Dryad, but what could you fetch with this to break it? Mana dork into tutor tool box might also be appealing.
Unlike Eldritch Evolution, you could also rebuy it with Snapcaster, for what it's worth.
Edit: Since it puts a +1/+1 counter onto it, Incubation Druid is going to have one hell of a time once it's active.
Edit #2: Apparently, Tomik was designed as a counter to DRS way before it was banned. With DD as intended splash damage. That's nifty:

Neoform + Skycutter --> White Gearhulk?
Neoform + Skycutter --> Goblin Dark-Dwellers --> Neoform --> Frost Titan/Sire of Stagnation/Sire of Insanity?
Anything better out there?
2 card / 2 mana combo to hell bent everyone and have a 7/5 out seems pretty good
Tomik stops the DRS mana ability, shenanigans with Dark Depths, Life from the Loam, Crucible of Worlds, ... and protects your lands, even those in your graveyard.
And Tomik is NOT symmetric with all that! So much for everybody is equal under Azorius law.
You could go with delve or affinity guys too. It has to be exactly equal so, Gurmag Angler -> Griseldad?
Tomik also messes with life from the loam and some fringe stuff like candelabra of tawnos.
Maybe Skaab Ruinator? Might be handy sending extra dudes to the yard.
"Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job."
"Politicians are like diapers. They should be changed often and for the same reason."
"Governing is too important to be left to people as silly as politicians."
"Politicians were mostly people who'd had too little morals and ethics to stay lawyers."
Allosaurus into Griseldaddy would also work. One has to question if that's worth the resources, though, considering you're going down 4 cards to do this and if it gets countered/answered, you're pretty much fucked. Especially since there's way better ways to grab Griseldaddy.
I like Cire's line of fetching Sire of Insanity. You could throw in Vine Dryad to complement Skyshroud Cutter, a bunch of mana dorks for pitch fodder/acceleration and Eldritch Evolution as back-up plan:
T1: Land, Dork, 4-drop
T2: Land, Evolution, 6-drop
Ruric Thar, the Unbowed and Archon of Valor's Reach are also nice anti-combo options in the 6-drop slot. Even dork into T2 TNN with Evolution would be viable. Of course you need counter back-up for that, though.
Barook I think that works pretty decently . . .
1st Turn: Land + Worldly Tutor --> Skycutter
2nd Turn: Land + Accel --> Play Skycutter + Neoform (--> Goblin Dark-Dwellers --> Neoform --> 6 drop)/ Evolution (--> 6 drop + Daze/FOW Backup?
4 Skycutter
4 World Tutor
4 Neo Form
4 Eldritch Evolution
2 5 drops
2 6 drops
4 Daze
4 FOW
4 Brainstorm
4 <Open Spots>
16 Lands
8 Accel
IDK - seems pretty consistent for a turn 2 6 drop of your choice with some backup to get there.
If you play a dork on T1 and upkeep the Tutor, you can Neoform normally without requiring fancy card disadvantage acceleration. Seems like the better long-term plan if anything goes wrong. And as I said, if you evolve a Dork, you could still grab a powerful 3-drops like TNN, Sanctum Prelate or whatever as plan B.
What's interesting about Tutor is that it allows you to run toolbox creatures in your 75. Maybe you could still throw in a few Vine Dryads for consistency reasons, depending on the numbers, plus as back-up if anything gets Surgical'd.
As for another 5-drop, maybe Baneslayer Angel? Quite a few decks should have problems racing it.
Ok, so you feed it your Murderous Redcap to go get your Karmic Guide which brings back your Vizir of Remedies, and then you just need a sac outlet and bingo-bango.

Oops, yeah also forgot about Vine Dryad - so you don't really need to go through the trouble of Worldy tutor, you can replace the accel with Mana Dorks, the Tutor's with Vine Dryad and the open spots with 2 two drops (to Neoform from the mana dork) and 2 three drops (to Evolve from the mana dork) as a sort of tool set.
I don't think that Worldly Tutor is bad per se. Both Dryad and Worldy Tutor are card disadvantage. Tutor is slower for sure, but grants more flexibility.
But what drops should be run in the flex slots??
2-drop slot: Scavenging Ooze? Phantasmal Image? Gaddock Teeg? Pridemage? Lavinia? Revoker? Snapcaster? Etc.
3-drop slot: TNN? Eternal Witness? Sanctum Prelate? Knight of Autum? Some kind of removal guys like sac effects/targeted removal?
Space is going to be an issue until it's found out what actually works, if it works at all.
Eternal witness is kinda nice, you can t2 evolution into ewit and then next turn evolution your ewit into dark-dwellers and get a 7-drop (if you're playing one)
Edit: Veteran explorer is also an option that's really nice with neoform and evolution and helps you cast your 5/6 drops
finally, another cool card with kaervek's spite. maybe even worth brewing around. it's also pretty cool. reprocess is also a cool one. fireblast deals 7 fwiw.

Does Mayhem Devil "see" itself if it is sacrificed?
Evolution Sage 2G
Creature - Elf Druid
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, Proliferate.
3/2
Uncommon (I think)
I don't know where it goes, but man does that ever scream potential shenanigans.
Also:
"Mizzium Tank" 1RR
Vehicle
Trample
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, make this a dude and give it +1/+1 until EOT.
Crew 1
3/2
That also seems good?
How do you get enough permanents to do anything with that in Legacy though?
Maybe at the top of black-red burn, where it isn't a fast combo but some inevitability. Fireblast is cool, but it seems to really want lands that sacrifice themselves, like Barbarian Ring, but those don't go with Fireblast well.
Maybe it wants to play in a creature-heavy list, like with Keldon Marauders.
I don't see it.
Assuming it works, with 3 lands you deal 9 damage if you have only 3 lands and this guy. Doesn't have to be tier1 to get played!
