Lets hope this time they have a set amount of time for each round, and people should keep them honest and run timers on their watches/phones!

Also, lets hope that space isn't as cramped as it was last time.

    Other than that, I'm excited.

Lol why you say that? I've been busy with school and work (both full-time) and online MMO and a little dose of StarCraft II, but I played in the last prize tournament where we met in the finals.

Ya Pat's right, it's bad news I'm still here, that means one less Top 8 spot for everyone.

I've only seen you Top 8 twice....

I've been to more than two tournaments with you.

NP I'll update you, I've top 8 consecutively the past 8 SoCal tournaments I've been to, 4 of them at Knightware only one of them being credit tournament, the rest being bigger prize tournaments. For Knightware one, Lori can tell you the samething also, that's two times with Merfolk, two more times with Painted Stone, and I got 1st twice out of the 4. Then there was top 8 twice at that tournament in the parking structure with UR Sneak Show and with Team America, and then with Merfolk at the Odessey place, and once more Mystic Bant at the store where I played Tony and his lands in Top 8. So that's 8 out of 11 for me since joining Legacy and they were all bigger ones with prize payout except the one credit, and in all 11 legacy tournaments you were there and did not top 8. I by no means imply that I am any good because I'm not, just better than you. PM'd you my DCI tournament info, if you wish to discuss this further you can PM me, we're taking this off topic as is.

All right, no need to get defensive, I'm just saying I've only seen you Top 8 twice. And you realize I was gone for about a year right? I've been at like.. 12 Tournaments since I've been back and Top 8'd all but 4. And I've won/split in at least half of those.

Also, I've only ever been to like 4 tournaments where you Top 8'd. Thats a fact.

No need to get all defensive.

Because, lets be honest, I'm almost never serious with people. I speak sarcasm as my mother tongue. And I'm not saying you're a bad player, I'm just poking fun, but apparently, you are taking this in the ass, so alright, I'm sorry, once again, didn't mean to offend.

Further more, I've only not Top 8'd with Storm once. The other times I didn't Top 8 I was picking up terrible decks cold. Sometimes I enjoy fucking around. Plus a good third of tournaments I play, I'm high. So in all honesty, you are proving that you are doing better than a guy picking up random decks when he is stoned. Congratz.

I either not say anything and what you said looks true, or I say something and look all defense. Got a little aggressive in my response to you though but like I've already told you, I still think you're the best TES/ANT player here, but unfortunately I've seen you run in to some bad luck tat's out of of your hands in games that was borderline top 8.

With Storm, I top 8 at a rate of about than 85%. Thats pretty good. But like I said, I don't take every tournament seriously, sometimes smoking a little green and then picking up something I've never played is fun for me. Magic is what I play for fun, if I wanted to be competitive all the time I would play poker.

WTF is this Bryant Cook of the west coast?

Also, you don't need Grim Tutors for ANT, in fact, I recommend against them. If you ask nicely I will PM you my list and board, has been testing really well.

TES is still a lot better than ANT though.

Haha, I'm just a stoner, with a few tattoos. Bryant Cook is an art major I think, I can barely draw a line.

Beyonce is hot. Sarah Chalke isn't.

Also, I Top 4'd with both ANT and TES. It really isn't a huge difference. ANT doesn't do so well against discard (since they only have 6-7 actual threats), and it can't actually Ad Nauseam with no mana floating a good enough amount of the time. The advantage of TES is that it doesn't need so many lands.
