Re: Burn wins second consecutive SCG Open

I'd love to be a fly on the wall during the design process.

Alright team, we just had to ban the first 2 cards in standard in however long because blue/white got out of control.

Mental Misstep was banned on the first update it was legal in legacy, and a lot of the community complains about blue being 'overpowered' (weather they are right or not, I don't want to start that discussion)

Lets print. . .Delver of Secrets as the best blue creature since Tarmogoyf. . . and we'll give red a careful study with flashback to balance things out.

Yeah. . .seems like a great idea. . .I'd love to go to the Wizards School of Card Design.

Edit - As a slight aside since we are all complaining about Delver, did anyone that went to the Cinci SCG see 'Fuck delver' written everywhere and hear the announcement made about writing on the table clothes? I lol'd. I saw that on like every table.

    Guys!!!!
Red color in legacy is nuts!!!!!! I'm serious!!!!!

I'm playing bant, and my opponent plays burn/rdw and i have 2 rhox war monk on battlefield!!! The next scenario is: he casts 2 COMBUSTS on attack phase on my rwm, and i couldn't heal myself, and i LOST this game. I mean... WHAT A FUCK???? How can i lost with 2 rhox's in play? Red must be axed in next b&r announcement.

Combust is overpowered, and it deserved to be banned!!!

Guys, let's be serious. Combust has no place in Legacy. It just can't hit the right creatures. How is it supposed to deal with Great Sable Stag and Thrun?

Re: Burn wins second consecutive SCG Open

Combut can't be countered, and can kill blue creatures, so it can kill delver, so that mean now everybody can play combust in sideboard (or even mainboard) to have answer on stupid poor designed common card named delver of secrets that gives headache to many pro players with their pro decks.

Let's consider another overpower card: Lightning bolt
    That card broke the format!!!

    I mean, WHAT A FUCK!!?!?!?

It can deal 3 damage to player (even creature), and you can't even block it with your creature. I think it's totaly unfair!!!

What are you guys think? Something is wrong with legacy. Burn can win games, and i really don't know how this could happen. :(

It's time to sleeve up healing salve.
