And to think, that was only about half the SoCal people. The other half were battling for Top 8 at SCG Phoenix. :D

Yeah the last two times I attended there were at least twice as many people. Awesome metagame. Lands, Aggro Loam, and Goblins were surprisingly absent though.

I don't know how much Lands you expected anyway. I've put my Loams on the shelf for now and ran actual control, which put up far better results for me (ie, 7th instead of "x-3, drop"). Took a bunch of notes, so I figured I might as well at least write a tournament report.
