The Beta Sol Ring Playset is done now and with the Alpha Plateau I have my first Alpha Dual signed....
Very nice, Sir. I think I know someone locally that has a few alpha signed duals. I'll talk to him on my days off and let you know.

That is if you need help finding alpha signed duals :P

Those Star Wars alters and the nighttime City of Brass is rad!

Nice new Sol Ring in my mail box today. The case is a little scratched, but the card itself is nearly flawless!

@jake - those silver inked bolts are awesome!
@elvish - tight sol ring, mine looks like it's been tapped more times than a 68 year old bangkok hooker

    Some snapcasters ...

So we decided to play some June 1996 Magic last week before and during legacy

I also brought this for legacy, wanting to use the korean signed RIPs

But at the last minute my urge to play my newly signed german forces got me ... but I have to play them in an awful deck otherwise it just isn't fair. And what's more awful than this.

Use a upload service like http://imageshack.us/.

Then, post a reply with tags around the direct URL of the image, like [IMG ]http://url.com\image.jpg[ /IMG] (you'll need to remove the spaces i put in for it to work).

There's also a little picture button (has a tree on it), click that and it will prompt you for the URL of the image.

First time posting something here. I've been following this tread for a while now. Finally took the time to take some pictures of my pimp project.
Here's my Lands deck. So now you know what I am rooting for #teamland :P

Wish I could find foil ports... :P

Re: [DO NOT TRY TO SELL IN HERE] Pimp Legacy Decks

Did lots of selling and trading over the last week and a half to get some of my new acquisitions.

Finally managed to pick up a signed Beta Wheel of Fortune, and another Beta Sol Ring.

    Some new foils.

And some new signed Burning Wish's

Here is my deck so far. The Mana Vault will be Beta as soon as mine arrives in the mail, and I'm still looking for a decent priced set of Beta Rituals.

If only my other 8 pieces of Power were Beta..

Sometimes it's hard to funnel your cash into cards when you have a functional version of them that you don't want to be without for an extended period of time. You have a Mox Emerald ... it taps for green and costs 0. So you need to find the right situation to unload your UL and get your beta in a small window (assuming you don't have an unlimited MTG budget ... which I'm guessing by red bordered rituals you don't).

Agreed, especially for Vintage, a lot of times it's so hard to get much use out of beta Power no matter how pretty it is.

I have my Beta power for sale since November and I had dozens of offers for upgrading but this is simply pointless. First most offers contain an additional cash offer which is imo a joke combined with the sentence "you'll sell the Unlimited power easier afterwards" which is right the Second Point: I still have to unload the power but this time a set which is worthless to collectors. Upgrading power is always a bad trade for the One with the Betas

Yeah man I know it's hard. I have no need to get Beta P9 or I would have just purchased that instead. It would simply be for aesthetic purposes, but instead I purchased my Unlimited for an extremely low price and used some of the money I saved to pick up Workshops, English Mana Drains, and other playable cards for the the format. While I would not mind trading up my Unlimited P9 into Beta, its not my top priority. Maybe once I'm done putting myself through college..
But anyways the red bordered rituals are there as a joke simply because I'm waiting on for a good deal to show up for some Betas. This doesn't mean that I can't afford or don't have the funds for them, I just simply don't want to run out and overpay for some when I trade for them or get a better price.

Which is why I dumped my unl. power for a gigantic stack of revised duals. If it's not beta/alpha, I'm not playing with it.
