Which is the most "desirable" foil version of Bloodbraid Elf? Original pack foil, or Steve Argyle FNM promo.
(I know the question is ill-posed, but go with it).
I think that BBE is one of the few cards where i actually couldn't care which version to run. I'm a fan of both Argyle as Swanland and personally i would take Swanland, since the artwork has this kind of aggresiveness i like.

Mostly finished my deck during this weekends Ovino and thought: Why not share?
Mostly a relatively boring pimp, first ed foil where applicable, otherwise FBB. In the short term I am looking to upgrade the Duals to NM German FBB (since thats my home country), downgrade the Brainstorms to english for consitencies sake and get a second Clique and second Surgical. In the long term I am looking to beta up those duals and get an English Moat, but I splurged relatively heavy on these cards and might have to let my savings recover a bit.

My current Aggro Loam build. Goal is to get everything JPN non-foil signed, most importantly i got everything BB and with original artwork/series. Since this is semi-budget i would call this stylized or styled rather than pimped. I ain't got no money tree on me back and even then i would not upgrade to foil.
I am a big fan of JPN cards, but i am torn about going to replace the Karakas and Maze of Ith...

Sick! I've got a similar non-foil JPN 4c Loam deck except I'm too cheap to buy FBBs for it (have FBBs in Miracles instead)! I use JPN Karakas in mine (don't play Maze).

Thinking in commissioning a marit lage token since I don't appreciate foils.
@4cloam. Always nice to see a fully jap deck and with fbb duals. I've got the same jap list (withouth the combo pacakge) but with only 2 fbb duals..for now.. but damn are those bayous expensive
ps: in my lands deck ("all" jap) I stayed with original mazes and Karakas. The new ones, even though they are in japanese, are painfully sticking out.
