Tournament had 37 people.

Probably my favorite legacy tournament to date.

Top 8 after 6 rounds of swiss was:

5th - 8th each received 2 fetchlands. One $5 FTV 8 person side event successfully went off with Roger Kidd and Roddy Rubin splitting.

I geuinely had a ton of fun at this tournament. I hope everyone else did too.

Another solid tournament Dave. Thank you for doing your part to keep monthly legacy afloat in the ct/ri/ma areas. Sadly the best part of my day was spending 75 cents on gauntlet.

Also, The pizza was much better this time around. I don't think Little Caesars exists in CT anymore.

I'm having a hard time finding a date that competes with nothing local.

Every time I spy something I like I learn there's something nearby like a ptq falling on it.

I was even looking at a Sunday, which I'm normally closed on but would open up for a big tourney...

and the Pats bye week falls on when I'm away at PT Austin =/

I will find a date that works, so stay tuned for that.

This coming weekend the focus will be on my Zenkiar Pre-release. I also will have free food at my pre-release main event at 10am. There will be two additional sealeds running at 1pm and 4pm. I give a free pack after round 1 in all sealed events, and discounts for those who play in multiple events. There will also be drafts all day.

My Pre-release is part of TotalCon, which will invade the entire hallway and feature gaming all day. I believe I'll have a big turnout and anyone who comes should have a great time.

I was about a week behind reporting it, sorry about that.

Results are fully in and you should be all set on that front.

As for the next one, I'm working on a date. I figured out it will be in November. I don't know when :p

I got whamboozled with the pre-release (79 people for main event! :o) and will be holding launch party at 12:30 today.

Focus will immediately turn to legacy after those events.

I can say that my prize structure for weekly Legacy's will change to store credit in an attempt to revive them every Thursday at 6:00. Entry is only $5 and everything taken in goes back out. Will update my weekly legacy thread with more details on that.

I appreciate the interest in my next event. When I figure out a date I assure it will be worth the wait. That rhymed! :p

This is literally the only date in the next 2 months that works for me, so it was either have it then or not have it at all until Late Nov/December.

There's no major legacy on that day nor is there a ptq. This is extremely rare because the next 2 months are chock full of both.

I unfortunately can't push the date back

I completely understand if you can't make it Joe, but would love to see you there.
