Previous iterations have included various Planeswalker's in the maindeck... originally Jace, the Mind Sculptor, and most recently, Teferi, Time Raveler, but with the current metagame, I'm happy with this configuration.
The sideboard is very flexible and changes with the metagame constantly, but some cards are just very good, like Minor Misstep. Misstep deals with problem hate cards like Surgical Extraction, etc while simultaneously being an answer for the opponents threats like Reanimate, etc.
My deck is a highly tuned monster that I would just recommend playing instead, but if there's anything to take away from it for your own purposes, I would say this... Exploration is so strong. Without it, the deck is a slow clunky mess. Uro definitely pulls its weight as a backup Exploration, but actual factual Exploration is what makes the deck feel broken. The ability to play 2 lands a turn in a Life from the Loam deck is what takes the deck to the next level.
That aside, Intuition is just insane. 2U to tutor for 3 cards at instant speed is cracked. This deck has multiple cards it would like to have assembled to create loops... Exploration on board with Mystic Sanctuary and Wasteland, with Terminus in the yard and cycling Lonely Sandbar is an instant speed Terminus every single turn, for example. Stage/Depths with Exploration creates a 20/20 Marit Lage every turn. Uro fits into the pile when you don't have an Exploration. The spell lands (Boseiju/Otawara) give more immediate access to removal options, with or without Exploration.
Mystic Sanctuary and Life from the Loam turn your graveyard into your hand, basically.
The thread for my deck is in my signature, but honestly, there's not much discussion in there so I doubt it would be helpful to read through it.
Anyway, I hope I was able to help you out on your Loam Miracle journey in some way.
EDIT: Updated my list for the current metagame post MH3.
