Emerge :6::g::g::g:
When you cast ~, creatures you control get +2/+2 and gain trample until end of turn.
Haste, Trample
7/7
A recycled, worse Craterhoof Behemoth.
All I see is the demon boar god from Princess Mononoke, Nago.

Harmless Offering is interesting. I think that's the first time that red's gotten an effect like that which will transfer control of enchantments. We already have a list of things to pass off like Thought Lash, Embargo,Colfenor's Plans,Demonic Pact, and Forbidden Crypt. And some half-silly stuff like Aggressive Mining. Obvious card for Zedruu in EDH too.
If it were `target player` you could do the same sort of thing as Bazaar Trader where the ability can be used as a Threaten upgrade.

Stop looking only at existing decks. This is a perfect fit for Hooting Mandrills or Tasigur or whatever. It is certainly possible for me to imagine a RUG Young Pyromancer deck with this thing as a coup de gras.

2-for-1 yourself against removal and counter never was more stylish!

Seriously. This set is incredibly boring. Oh look it's an eldrazi town. It's an eldrazi vampire. It's an eldrazi cat. Zzzzzzzzzzz
The funny thing is that we only have the Eldrazi because they thought "land matters" would be too boring in the original Zendikar block, so they came up with the reboot into giant tentacle monsters for RoE. Now, after three sets of Eldrazi matters... I'm pretty sure I would've rather had more cool landfall cards.
Re: Eldritch Moon spoilers inbound
They also pushed Eldrazi hard enough over the last few sets that a lot of competitive players are going to groan at what would otherwise be exciting pushed creatures.

I think that card is very strong. Sure, your opponet gets to filter as well, but I see a lot of potential with this card, particularly in D&T with Spirit of the Labyrinth to lock our your opponent by activating it during their turn (aside from instant speed removal - which can be covered with Mom)
An ideal setup would be:
T1 Vial
T2 whatever, Vial in Mom EoT
T3 Vial in Spirit, drop Sanatorium, start decimating their hand on their turn
Re: Eldritch Moon spoilers inbound
I think if that strategy were strong, it would have been strong with Mikokoro, Center of the Sea. It's a little too cute.

Mikokoro draws you an extra card. This one locks them out of the game aside from any instant speed action once their hand is gone.

I'd look at Life From the Loam first.
Do cards like this and Mikokoro mess with miracles in any meaningful way?

Card is totally solid, foils are a good pickup, it has no home at the moment.
Still, this effect is so reasonably costed and so potentially awesome as a cog in some machine down the line, I'm absolutely in.

Look! Modern finally gets to play with the bastard child of Natural Order and Green Sun's Zenith!

Well interesting value plays to be had at least.

Are they trying to get t3 Prime Time again? It fetches non-green creatures ... easily legacy playable.

No no no, you're doing it wrong. Sack Tassigur, the Golden Fang for Griselbrand or something like that.
Re: Eldritch Moon spoilers inbound
Evolution is exiled, so no Eternal Witness loop. Card is still good, think it will see play (test at least in Nic Fit)

Yeah I think even with the exile clause this is a good Nic Fit card, especially if your deck runs Meren
I also kind of like it in Bant. Make my Dryad Arbor a SFM, make my Hierarch a TNN.
Not having to get a green creature makes this really interesting.
Re: Eldritch Moon spoilers inbound
Skyshroud Cutter/Vine Dryad + Evolution fetches a 6 cc body.
Is there a combo finish with Auratouched Mage or Godo, Bandit Warlord? Is Consecrated Sphinx good enough? Duplicant is cute. ... still looking.
You can't *quite* get to rune-scarred demon that way.
Edit:
Turn 2 Sire of Isanity can probably take over games.

Yes, this card opens up a new window for NicFit. Non-green creatures being tutorable is very huge here. This has always been a shortcoming of the deck.

Eternal Scourge
Rare
{3} Creature - Eldrazi Horror
You may cast Eternal Scourge from exile.
When Eternal Scourge becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, exile it.
3/3
Food Chain?

Nice, take this Miracle! No swords allowed and cast and returnable under Moon. 3/3 Body is also solid enough in most cases. Solid enough for test games, we will see if it is good enough.
Hope we get some more legacy stuff.
