Pithing Needle didn't didn't see extensive play in standard and only sees play as 1-2 ofs in Legacy, so the inflated price it began at (since no one bought Saviors) basically popped once it got overprinted. Grim Lavamancer sees 3-4 of play in Legacy and will likely see 4 of play in Standard. If there are chase mythics in M12, then the regular rares will continue to be worthless unless they go in every deck. (See: Inkmoth Nexus) If there aren't chase mythics pulling the price away from regular rares, then Grim Lavamancer might go up.
