I'm guessing your top decking was getting rocked as well. Learning from this experience my last tourney, I suppose instead of bringing in anti-sideboard sideboard cards [ala dredge and it's anti-gy hate], we should simply bring in board cards that dance around enemy hate.

For instance, I should have removed my cursed scrolls for my Tomby's when I smelled Leyline incoming. derp* In the past I'd run Ratchet Bomb and thought about Nevinyrral's Disk to deal with problems Pox would run into with non-creature/non-land permanents. Pithing needle their walkers is probably best. Even more so if they're gonna waste an Abrupt Decay on a needle instead of liliana :) Big report when I get home.
