For example is Urza’s legacy 5x the set release of portal three kingdoms, and invasion is 10x and the newer sets are even more ?
Outside of the first couple sets I dont think they release the print runs, but in general the portal sets are more limited because they were printed specifically as a set for beginners to play, three kingdoms even more so because it catered more to the asian market. For regular sets, generally the first set is drafted during the whole block, whereas the second and third sets can only be drafted once they are released, so less are opened (since you draft 3x of first set, then a combo of first set and second set like 1 2 1, then 1 2 3) per draft and the later sets have less time as draftable sets. So generally the last set of a block is opened the least and the first set is opened the most, with supply not really being an issue outside of freak sets like worldwake.
