You forgot the Instant Unmask Player: My turn? Reanimate targeting your Griselbrand.
I guess it's worse when you are the person who is receiving the instant speed targeted discard.
Discard can only do that much in a format where Brainstorm is legal.
Show and Tell can only do so much in a format where Tendrils of Agony is legal.

I could be wrong, but I think Show and Tell has a good Storm MU; since it can end the game T2/T3 pretty easily, but packs reasonable countermagic. It's sideboard can also spell doom, between Blasts, Spierces, and Blood Moons. Storm is a robust deck, but I think it targets things like Elves, Lands, (all?) Midrange, and non-blue.
Similarly, the other deck that runs S&T is UB Reanimator, which IIRC, is one of Storm's worst MUs.

Eh?
Pre-board it's primarily a race to combo. Neither player can do much else to interact. Games 2 & 3 they actually have to care about my board and target my permanents. Also I can Grip their rocks if they put them down early (trying to preemp a CotV).
Post board is vastly more interactive. And I'm considering Warping Wail too...

Show and tell has a very bad storm match up. Reanimator is a bad matchup for storm because it is much, much faster than Sneak&Show (probably faster than storm too), not because of the card Show and Tell. Also blood moon seems like a losing proposition against storm because TES will likely go faster than it, and ANT can just fetch basics and ignore it.
Hey, Dr. Jones' original poll finally makes its mark. The Source got Top banned!
"Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job."
"Politicians are like diapers. They should be changed often and for the same reason."
"Governing is too important to be left to people as silly as politicians."
"Politicians were mostly people who'd had too little morals and ethics to stay lawyers."
Not Legacy, but there has been an update for the 1v1 Commander MTGO list:

The following cards are added to the Commander 1v1 Banned List:

Strip Mine
Treasure Cruise

The seven cardinal sins of Legacy:
1. Discuss the unbanning ofLand TaxEarthcraft.
2. Argue that banning Force of Will would make the format healthier.
3. Play Brainstorm without Fetchlands.
4. Stifle Standstill.
5. Think that Gaea's Blessing will make you Solidarity-proof.
6. Pass priority after playing Infernal Tutor.
7. Fail to playtest against Nourishing Lich (coZ iT wIlL gEt U!).

That hardly explains why Moat and Tabernacle are not legal.

Because it's an online only format that Wizard's is fucking with. Why does it matter? No one I know off line pays attention to this. If it's an issue online, well that's a topic for those who are masochistic enough to play with that program. In that case this is the lest of their issues.
