Nobody opposed yet. I have decided to not wait for the others and just ban Oko, Thief of Crowns. Indefinitely, that is.
This way, we at least have some extra time to figure out what deck you want to play for next round. And I'll need it, as I have no idea just yet...

Trouble is, Elspeths are not blue.

ROUND 4 OF SEASON 9: DEVIANT LEGACY - PART 2 has started.
This round we play Basic Bloom: You can play any basic land from outside the game at any time you could play a land.
Additional bannings. White Sun's Zenith, Red Sun's Zenith, Beacon of Creation
Please also note we added Oko, Thief of Crowns to the overall banned list for Legacy.
I have PM'ed myself my deck for round 4, so you can start sending me your decks.
DEADLINE: Wednesday the 10th of February at 11:00AM Central European Time.
(That's my time zone. Pacific Time it'll probably be something like Tuesday night a bit past midnight, so keep that in mind.)

The way you send your deck to me matters. Please send it in the way described below, so it doesn't cost me an hour of editing before I can post all the decks.
Please send your deck as follows: Swamp, Swamp, Dauthi Slayer, Black Knight.
So with card tags around each card, and not above eachother, and with your Username and 4CB S09R04 in the topic.
Don't forget to keep an eye on the banned list. You'll find it in the second post of the thread, on in our Google Spreadsheet.

I first thought so, but I have a trouble to see any playable list sporting force, painter, an Elspeth and a great mysterious fourth card ;)
It would have to be blue as well or there is no point in playing force/painter, and great against blue things to make painter good.
So it should be something else than painter I guess.
Spoiler alert: I didn't need the emergency plan.

I wasn't going to run Oko this time just like I wasn't going to run Oko or Bridge in the creature round pre card-type restriction. I often miss the basics. I like underpowered formats, for the most part.
Me too, I think T1/T2 formats are less interesting.
And I really like to try to find odd cards, rather than the best way to use or to disrupt LED/city of traitors/Force/Oko/dark ritual/...
