I'm not sure exactly how round work but isn't it in powers of 2? If you have 16 people its 4 rounds? 32 people 5 rounds? 64 people 6 rounds? Maybe I'm off by one. Anyone know off hand. It will be cut to Top8.

The numbers you gave are the maximum number of people for each set of rounds. 17:32 = 5 rounds, for example.
