That's something that costs $10-$15 to ship in the States and the seller is shipping from Beijing. $30 dollars doesn't sound out of the ballpark for shipping a box from China.

People remember the name 'Cleanfall' less. In a deck where green and red mana doesn't matter, you're tapping the same land anyway, you go for the more obscure card due to Cabal Therapy, Meddling Mage, et al.
Nah. Tranquility was orrigionally chosen since you might imprint a Xantid swarm on a chrome mox, so it'd theoretically be eaiser to play than Cleanfall. Since Xantid is cut from the main and Orim's Chant was added, Cleanfall is a better choice.
The E.P.I.C. Syndicate: I mean, if they play a lullaby for babies they should at least play the Monster Mash when somebody dies.

Nice deck, I'm working on foiling the whole deck myself. Foil Ichorids are so hard to find, where did you get your and how much did you pay for them?
I bought them from some players at a tournament. I first were searching for them at ebay and so on but couldn't find anyone. But then i got all 4 at one tournament...I think i paid 34€ for the playset(not sure how much it is in $). After that day I was so happy because this black guys were the last 4 cards for my total foil maindeck^^
