If I cast disenchant on an opponents top, he can respond by activating the top's tap ability to draw a card and hide the top on his library (making the disenchant fizzle).
What happens if he activates the tap ability first and then I respond with a Disenchant on the top? the top will be destroyed with its tap ability on the stack...
Would my opponent draw a card anyway?
Would the top go on top of his Lib anyway (from graveyard)?
In reality i'm using vialed in slivers with a harmonic in play, not a real disenchant, would that make any difference?
It's also worth noting that you can disenchant your -own- Top with the ability on the stack in order to get a card without clogging the top of your library. I'm sure this might become relevant once in every 65,817 games.
EDIT: Although, with the lots of decks that run both SDT and Pernicious Deed, this could be a pretty neat trick if you've got more tops than you know what to do with.
Sometimes I've played an extra top, then activated both of them and popped Deed for 1 in response to draw 2 cards and give Tarmogoyf a sexy +2/+2 before swinging in. Of course, usually when I have nothing better to do with a Deed and 2 Tops, I'm already winning, but whatever.

Or just good ol' Shrapnel Blast / Perilous Research.

The best trick with Sensei remains the words of wind one. Then for %2 you bounce an opponent's permanent and you can repeat it as much as you want/can.
1) You activate the first ability on Sensei's Divining Top (the one that lets you rearrange the top 3 cards).
2) In response, while the first ability is still on the stack, you activate the second ability (the one that draws a card and puts Top on top of your library).
3) The second ability resolves first, and you draw a card and put Top on top of your library
4) The first ability resolves, and you look at the top 3 cards of your library (now including the Top you just put on top of your library), and you rearrange them however you want, usually putting the Top as the third card down so you don't lose your next draw.
