    Not in legacy they would both have to be instants to be playable.

    These seems like they could be ok...
    The White one isn't terrible but the blue one is just a limited card at best.

    Also 7 uses of Faerie so far but not a single deck worthy (read flash) creature yet, this makes me sad.

    That will be really good with Vial, drop it in response to a spell or after damage is on the stack...nice!

    This prob. isen't any better that Harmonic sliver but may be ok...

    Can you name 'Goblin', in reference to Goblin tokens? I'm not sure that's considered a 'card'.

    Well, the casting cost is unfortunate, but this is still an immense help against combo for Enchantress. It's ridiculously better than Rule of Law.
