Alot of great and funny cards here, but how about something original?
Sure, it's a modestly-sized vanilla creature but just look at the stupid drawback, *after* paying kicker.
Yeah, it's not half as bad as rakalite or the Legends landcycle but meh, we need some original funny bad cards!
Hello friend.
Finn posted the link, but the picture is nice too.
So this can be played if you already have double blue...and it helps you get MORE BLUE MANA ? That...is hard to find a use for.
It's kinda sad though that Amulet of Quoz is so bad that the contest is pretty much over. A card that not only does nothing but actually loses you the game for six mana...I guess it should read "Remove this card from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante OR IF YOU ARE NOT A TOTAL IDIOT".

What the hell are you talking about? Krark's Thumb + Amulet, and you can clean house.
Early one morning while making the round,
I took a shot of cocaine and I shot my woman down;
I went right home and I went to bed,
I stuck that lovin' .44 beneath my head.

Hello friend.
Actually, I got a better one. Platinum Angel + Amulet + Goblin Welder (+ some artifacts). Use Amulet every turn while ignoring the bad flips, causing your opponent to add many cards to his ante, then beat him with Angel (however, your board position shouldn't be TOO dominant so he won't just concede the first time, which should be easy since you're playing crap like Amulet and thus probably won't be winning).
Pawnshop is awful, though I think I can remember some deck long ago using it with Energy Field. Hard to find another use.

Man, I like you more and more! And not only for what you have done with the Sorrows Path! Could you post that rules, maybe I can force my friends to play that format.lol, too.
EDIT:When I was about seventeen, friend of mine bought an Ice Age pack, only to find... the mighty Lhurgoyf. This made me so jealous and I so sighed after that creature, that I immediately bought a pack of Ice Age too, only to find...:
btw, Camel is not that horrible. And in the Dark Age, ppl played it, because Desert was a bit annoying. (But 4x Strip Mine was better answer than 0/1 retard..)
But I thought that we shall stay away from ante cards (and all tournament illegal cards), as they make separate rank. But hell, there are so many formats, so why shy away from the beauty of Amulet of Quoz... These cards tend to be the most worthless in all Magic... Except for that "draw seven".. Dark Pact? No, it is Contract from Below.
I heard of a format with 4x CfB... must be funny.
Troll Ascetic +1 mana, and -1/+1 = this beast http://magiccards.info/mi/en/133.html WOTC Fail.
Team Giancoli. Rocking the mediocrity since 2008.
A 1/1 for 2UG better have a fucking amazing ability, not a crippling drawback. I mean, you would need to let it phase out every turn for 5 turns before it even became a 4/4-and its Rare.![]()
Team ICBE
Try not to wake up on fire.
A preliminary list...
Worst card: Amulet of Quoz
Most useless non-ante cards:all the "bands with other legends" lands
Arcum's Weathervane
Great Wall
Snowfall
Most overcosted non-ante cards:Aysen Highway
Rakalite
Most overcosted creature:
Wood Elemental
Chimney Imp
I'm not sure whether to also include Dripping Dead or Tahngarths Glare.
Also: Who knew that good ol' Arcum has some other powerful tools besides his Weathervane around...?

It may have been mentioned by now, forget reading six pages of this garbage, but the worst card cannot possibly be a creature. By definition, they are more useful than their equivalent awfulness of lands or enchantments, simply by being a threat (note: you can be an 0/1 wall, and still potentially be a threat).
Although overcosted it's not even in the same catagory as wood elemental. Since saccing at instant speed isn't hard chimney imp could be possibly set up with some sort of recursion to completly stop the opponent from ever drawing another card, or even seeing another card. Wood elemental costs too much mana, plus makes you sac untapped forests, and even then it's stills trictly worse than other cards. Wood elemental and chimney imp arn't even in the same catagory.
Chimney Imp looks like Tarmogoyf when compared to Wood Elemental. Five mana for a flying 1/2 that (usually) denies your opponent a draw step on death? That's luxury, I tell you. For the same five mana, Wood Elemental gives you a vanilla 1/1 and makes you sacrifice a Forest. Uphill, in the snow, both ways. And the more mana you pay the worse the deal actually gets, because most of the time +1/+1 counters are worth less than a land.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Mudhole yet. Not being a permanent gives it a big one-down on most of the cards suggested here because of the various synergies those cards get by virtue of being in play.
