I have a little question: Do you guys consider Portuguese as a pimp language?
Personally, I consider every non-English Western language to be un-pimped. I want my cards either Asian or English. Only exception is FBB duals and cards that sound silly translated. Like Retard (French Delay).
I don't like Chinese cards. The languages I prefer, in order, are:
English (boring right)
Japanese
Russian
French
I don't really like other languages, although I haven't seen many Korean, and those look okay.
Korean > Russian > Chinese > Japanese > German > English > Other Languages.

Yeah, I normally like to get a mix of the languages, not exactly pimping the deck, but I like all foreign languages. A deck of mine can have Italian, French, English, Russian, Chinese, all mixed. I also like to put textless spells.
Not exactly pimp, but like some sort of sentimental value, or... Hell, I can't explain really well.![]()
And I HATE PORTUGUESE CARDS, some cards have silly and stupid translations (if you can understand portuguese you know what I'm talking about, lol) .![]()
same thing here, in Russia. and i suppose in every language besides mb English.
coraz86, Laquatus' Champion was in russian. you can find such cards here:

Wow, Sanskrit is beautiful. I wish that would exist cards in that language, I'd build an entire deck in Sanskrit.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably delicious.

probably not even glued.
It isn't glued, although some other copies are. I bought some of these as they're pretty important parts of magic's history. Most of these are on cardstock, but some are printed on a weird type of paper (like the dragon above), and the latter are basically distinguished only by the paper type and the seller's reputation.
@Yawg: Oh, I think I can get a giant growth for you if you are interested. Lmk.
