Looks like Japan. If you're wondering why they're 7th and black bordered: they're foil.
And isn't thatcard Sanguine Blood and not Haunting Echoes? Serious question, because the art looks more in flavor of Sanguine Blood than Haunting Echoes. Just sayin' because Sanguine Blood isn't a reprint.
