Because we have an out vs. Lands, that's kind of a big deal.

Since I am not questioning your dredge expirience and am myself quite the dredge newbie I still have to say that Lands is a very unpopular deck that I haven't seen since years played against me.
(Though it appears to see more play recently despite tabernacles being quite expensive.)

Lands is seeing a revival, and in niche metagmes it's a significant concern for Dredge because it's a massively unfavorable match up, so if 1 SB card gives us a shot in hell at winning it I'm all for facing down Elephants.

Can't you just run Magus of the Moon as a Dread Return target in the sideboard? I haven't played this matchup, but it sounds good to me..
"If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him.
If he is in superior strength, evade him.
If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him.
Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant.
If he is taking his ease, give him no rest.
If his forces are united, separate them.
Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected."

Nice avatar/quote btw. I just looked at the "you look cold, have a blanket" and wondered what you were on about, then saw the pic... smallpox. Too funny. How many people actually pick up on that?

Why only 3 Paradise? There are so important to recover Bloodghast!

I canīt understand running less than 4 ichorids in the favour of Blooghasts. BG isnīt nearly as good as Ichorid is when it comes to fight Crypts because heīs just not that much of a threat since heīs 2/1 without haste and doesnīt provide us any tokens. I tried hard to like him but imho he just makes the deck worse.

Is the land match up that bad ?
I've played 2 times recently versus it, and won 2-0 each games.

If they don't have Glacial Chasm in play, you should win most of the times.

Game one, you keep an agressive hand with, Land, Breakthrough/careful study/ Cephalide coliseum, PImp/Tireless Tribe, Dredger.

You have enough land so you're Tireless tribe will most likely survive (Except if they have Tabernacle, wasteland and one of their enchantement.
You just try to combo out with FKZ as soon a possible, even if it's for low damage... and then you do the ichorid beatdown.

Re: [Deck] Non-LED Based Dredge/Ichorid Combo

    Went 6-0 at a local 21man tourney.

    This is my list:
    4x Cephalid Coliseum
    4x Gemstone Mine
    4x City of Brass

    4x Tireless Tribe
    4x Putrid Imp
    4x Narcomoeba
    4x Stinkweed Imp
    4x Golgari- Grave Troll
    3x Golgari Thug
    3x Ichorid
    1x Flame-Kin Zealot
    1x Iona, Shield of Emeria

    4x Bridge from Below
    4x Breakthrough
    4x Careful Study
    4x Cabal Therapy
    3x Dread Return
1x Deep Analysis (appears to be an oops I win card when in a stalemate)

    Sideboard:
    4x Pithing Needle
    4x Ancient Grudge
    3x Chain of Vapor
    1x Ancestor's Chosen
    1x Wispmare
    1x Woodfall Primus
    1x Sadistic Hypnotist

    Had to play:
Round 1: BW Clerics against a random scrub. 2-1. Didn't see the ensnaring bridge coming...
Round 2: mirror. 2-0 Iona on black wins the game twice
Round 3: the Secret Force v2.0 (sort of MGCA) 2-1. Waited to long to force him to break his Relic and made an error by dissing my two dredger in stead of 1. Game 3 was mine.
Round 4: Dragon Stompy. 2-0 DDD due to Chalice@1&2. Ichorid beats face, game 2 I block his magi of the moon and activate my coliseum for the win.
Round 5: RGb AggroLoam. 2-0 Game 1 he wished for a DD, I therapied the devastating sorcery and went to win from thereon. Game 2, he was manascrewed.
Round 6: MonoR gobbo. (2-1) Totally forgot about the ravenous trap. That's how I lost game 2... but no sweat to be honest.

Won a couple of zendikar boosters with a arid mesa, foiled marsh flats, ob nixilis and a bloodchief ascension... could've been worse ;)

In my meta everyone is running Ravenous Trap instead of Crypt and Relic. For this reason I was thinking of cutting Ancient Grudge. Thoughts? Is it a bad idea?

you will need grudge.... trap can only get used once and gives you a chance to recover.. It would seem poor judgement for them to remove crypt and relic from their boards just to play trap and hope to "one time" you for the win. I run 3 relic and 2 trap in my goblins board and that works well against anything with a grave, running just 4 traps would be inviting you to make a comback at aome point. Just run some discard. My current Ichorid SB:

    2 Wispmare
    2 Ray of Revelation
    3 Duress
    1 Realm Razer
    4 Ancient Grudge
    3 Firestorm
    TEAM AWESOME

Well, at least we smell better
