    Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks

Which is rarer: Korean BB 4E or Korean WB 5E?

I seem to recall that Korean WB 5E cards are much harder to find (smaller print run?) despite the fact that they're WB, they seem to be rarer. I might be wrong on this.

Why are Korean WB Hydroblasts so high?? (5E once again here).
    Decks that I care about:
    Steel Stompy
    UWx Landstill
    Dreadstalker
    DDFT (10% practice)

Mangara on MWS? You must be masochistic. -kiblast

Korean 5th is much rarer than Korean BB 4th.

Cool thanks Yawg, that's what I recalled. However it seems that the BB equivalent of the same cards sometime seem to fetch more $$ e.g. 4E BB Nevinryal's Disk v.s. 5E WB. I know pimp is subjective and most people agree on BB as being more 'pimp', but would rarity be more of a pimping factor that WB v.s. BB?

I use rarity as my defining factor. While rarer items are usually more expensive, they aren't always.

Which is typically proportional to rarity. Unfortunately lots of kiddies pay big bucks for not so rare cards - so I have to disagree with you here. It's all about the hunt to me; not the price.

Perhaps, if you're trying to make a subjective case for it. I don't argue with people who play guru or some other foil basics over summer, though. I myself play beta duals over summer, although part of that is because I don't believe I need to stroke my ego to the extent that I potentially damage irreplaceable items. In the end, it's all down to preference, or I'd be sitting on my high horse and screaming at everyone who has the audacity to play CoTs that aren't foil.

In any case, nice cards, everyone. I rarely post scans, but I'm close to completing a transaction for some really nice misprint foil staples from MM with very shifted foiling and text -- I'll see if I can post scans after I receive. They are quite nice.

Gorgeous deck, Para! I just bought a Japanese Humility, Enlightened Tutor, and a few other cards that I am pretty excited about. Hopefully I can find a cheap camera and post the pimp stuff I have.

Ah, should have recognised your screen name. Thanks for that, anyway.

I settled a deal for some english foil staples with similar misprints, just with the error far more pronounced. They also cost a lot more than what I paid your friend, but it was worth it.
