I've bought from them before. It was slow just because of shipping, but they were good to deal with. Everything shipped as marked and prices were ok. It's been the best place I've found for Russian. My Russian, Avon signed full art Zendikar lands are pretty cool.

$720 for a banged up confidant isn't cheap. All the ones going for $1000 on eBay were shill-bid and fake. At ovinogeddon this weekend there were 2 nm/m russian foil confidants for only 500-550 euros. Nobody bought them.

Actually the highest bid on one of them at Ovino was a Lotus valued 350 euro+150 euro in cash, if I recall correctly. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Speaking of Ovino6, Richard was there and was kind enough to show (and explain the story behind) the Unlimited /backside double misprinted cards. Man, those were really amazing.

Here Lotuses cost less. And it was a shop evaluating it obviously below its market price. Ex+ Lotuses go from 400-500 here.

yes 500€ on exc+ seems ok, but 350 is very low, even for a heavy played one. loooong time ago i´ve seen very poor ones go for 300€.

nevermind, that said, the owner wont give em away for 500€ -.-

Beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder. This deck looks like a kindergarden kid doodled on a Picasso. I guess there are some nice cards in the deck, but it's hard to see under all those awful scribbles.

Eh eh signatures are always a matter of taste... Mox alteration was cool actually.

Anyway, it was a regular Vintage tournament, not a beauty contest. There was just an entry barrier of 15000€ of card value for playing

That deck is pretty hot. I'm not a huge fan of mass signatures, but it still looks good. The FtV Lotus Petal stands out though... I'd rather see foreign language Tempest.

Summers are not mint but ex+ and Guru without logo was mine :( but he a friend...

They really seem mint in sleeve, obviously I could not see them in hand but I thought they were mint or very close to mint. Amazing pieces indeed.

Any chance your friend could post his deck?
