If being a human is difficult for you, try reading this.
You guys had a lot of time to purchase Liliana for a lot less. I bought my foil Liliana's the moment they came out. While you guys were busy buying Snapcaster Mages, you could've picked up foil Liliana's for the same price or less.
Stop being bitter because you just follow whatever card ends up in tier 1 decks, even though the card has been out for a long time. If you had the foresight to purchase 10+ foil Liliana's, you could have done the same and sold them for a profit so that you can finance your other decks. The only reason why certain cards are really expensive is because a lot of players just net-deck tier 1 deck lists. Not because a couple of guys purchase more than a playset of a certain card.

I see an encroaching war... Let's not make the argument of this is too much money and you're too stupid to not get the cards earlier. Let's not argue about it if you're just complaining for something to complain about... this little flame is being put out like a camp fire, by a man standing over it before it starts up again into a pointless and annoying flame war.... Let's bring back the PIMP talk shall we?
Just because you think it's overrated and overpriced doesn't actually make it so. There are a lot of people that simply hate foils and they use the same argument against any foil or beta card (I'm a foil collector myself).
The price of the card is not being raised by the guy who buys out 10 of them in order to make a dollar out of 50 cents, but by the demand from netdeckers who are too stuck in their conventions concerning the tournament playability of cards. They wait for others to break the card, then cry that the card is expensive. The good news is that he had the foresight and economic sense to buy out 10 of them, the bad news is that he didn't buy out 20 of them.
On topic:
Which image hosting site do you guys use? I have plenty of fodder for this thread, but its too much of a hassle to upload pictures >_<
I don't send cards out to be signed often (I prefer not to have them tied up too long) but it depends on the artist. Terese Nielsen is fantastic with signing by mail. I also had a good experience sending cards to Dan Frazier after meeting him at an event. With some artists it may be weeks though. It's worth it to me to include $10 or so for a package of 10-15 cards in addition to a note thanking them in advance.
Even sending from Canada, Best ones by far for quickness are...
1.Terese
2.Ron Spencer
3.Dan Frazier
4. Volkan Baga
5. Mike Bierek
6. Zug and Diterlizzi were pretty good but have gotten busy lately.
Mark Tedin has had a very expensive package of mine for 7 months. Not impressed. Oh well, Nothing I can do.
Concerning image uploads. I am now using the imgur workflow for Alfred on Mac. All I have to do now is press command, control alt U and I will automatically upload the selected file to imgur and have the link in my clipboard. This is a great tool for those who have a mac.
