I'm going to be rocking Elves today in Baltimore. Wish me luck. First event I've played with the deck so it'll be a bit more of a learning experience.
Non-lethal Hoof situations are where you tutor up Regal Force.

Played Rurik Thar and although the card has a lot of flavor going on for it, it wasn't worth it in the end. I'm replacing it with either Regal Force or the 2nd Crateroof Behemenoth. Game1 you don't really need it. It's nice to have against Combo but that alone isn't doing it for me. Against Control, Progenitus is still the better choice. I'll be considering Rurik for the sb, although I don't see the slots for it.
The seven cardinal sins of Legacy:
1. Discuss the unbanning ofLand TaxEarthcraft.
2. Argue that banning Force of Will would make the format healthier.
3. Play Brainstorm without Fetchlands.
4. Stifle Standstill.
5. Think that Gaea's Blessing will make you Solidarity-proof.
6. Pass priority after playing Infernal Tutor.
7. Fail to playtest against Nourishing Lich (coZ iT wIlL gEt U!).
This is not an absolute truth. Sometimes, swinging for 6 with Hoof that turn is better since it eliminates a turn from their clock. And other times, you would rather have Progenitus over either green creature because they are conditionally good and he isn't. The point is there are always situations that come up where one of the three targets are good, even game one.
I'm going to play with four NO and Pro in my 60 next time. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
The Quad Cities: twice as nice as the Twin Cities.
If you're casting Natural Order and it's not lethal and you can't find a way to gain a huge advantage, then you should reconsider your deck. The last few months of this deck's evolution has made it really easy to win, and made the old lines of play forgotten. If you're not getting same turn kill with Hoof, or you're not drawing a bunch of cards; that's too bad for you.

SCG Baltimore Round 5.
Ross Merriam has a board of 3 lands Nettle, Heritage, manadork, Deathrite, Symbiote. Glimpse in hand.
Opponent Show and Tells. Merriam puts in a land. Should have pinged with Deathrite, untap Deathrite, Show in Visionary, gain life with Deathrite instead?
Even if that's correct, he sacrifices both Heritage Druid and Nettle Sentinel to the Annihilator trigger from an Emrakul that gets Sneaked in. Surely binning Heritage Druid can't be correct? He could've played a line like tap 3 Elves for mana, return Visionary, do stuff.
Show and Tell opponent punted it anyway. Serves a bastard playing that deck right. But please, tell me, am I totally off my rocker here?

Yes, it's easy to know when to get Regal or Hoof. You're right about that, but don't tell me you've never had NO in hand and wanted Pro when it was in your sideboard. That's my point. I'm talking about the worst-case scenario where you have the bare minimum to cast NO. That shit happens when you mulligan or play black-based decks, as examples.

Is the second Regal that good for you? Because if you're still on the previous maindeck you posted, I don't see much else it gains over the NO build. It really has to go big to do broken things, where NO can do stuff with pretty low resources.

I played pretty close to this list: http://www.mtgtop8.com/event?e=4925&d=228442
-2 fetches, -1 Crop Rotation, +1 Cradle, +1 Horizon Canopy, +1 Forest main
Board was a little different as well. Didnt have Humilities, added a second trap and a Viridian Shaman.
Dropped after going 3-5, but learned a lot and lost a couple games due to user error so there's very clearly room for improvement.
Played tonight. To sum up a long night in a shot post. I hate countertop and blue in general. Not having the option of playing a spell for most of a game is in no way fun. When I did get Vexing on the table... Terminus. Worst game of this year.
In other news traded for two more NO. Will post a decklist later. Right now I just want to know, anyone know a way to play past Countertop?
