Mines of Moria - land
Tap "add 2 mana of any color to your mana pool. This mana can only be used to cast Dwarves and Goblins."
Definitely seeing it in a "Dwarves vs. Goblins" precon that brings some powerful dwarves so that the tribe is at least bit more playable:
Stoneforge Welder
Creature - Dwarf Artificer
Tap, sacrifice an artifact with cmc X:
Search your library for an artifact card
with cmc X+1 and put it otb. If it's
an equipment card attach it to ~.
"I wrecked your ashtray, boss.
But look I made you a jitte."

Exactly. Printing conditional lands could boost some creature types and revive some old favorites.
The Stoneforge Welder is very nice.
Red should also have a GOOD dragon - thundermaw and stormbreath are cool but we need something faster:
Pyro, the flame
Creature - legendary Dragon
"Spells that target Pyro costmore to play"
Flying, Haste

Mines of Moria would be so broken in Legacy Goblins! T1 WInstigators or double Lackeys?

I'm curious if anyone's created a red tool against combo that's powerful enough, but not too overpowered or ham-fisted, and fits within what red does.
Red card? Naaah, let's stay with Blue, right?

At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. If an instant or a sorcery is revealed, transform Delver of the things already known.

Greetings
I wish that these were in some old edition (preferably Homelands, but of course, Weatherlight is much more appropriate - just move Winding Canyon to Visions):

If Weatherlight would be too soon to complete the cycle, they should have finished it no later then Urza/MMQ block. Even now I'd love to see those lands, though the new frame (and the many fetches printed in the meantime since 1997) would kinda kill them.

Here's a shitty card:
Terrible in multiplayer and makes one-on-ones boring.True-Name Nemesis
Creature - Merfolk Rogue
As True-Name Nemesis enters the battlefield, choose a player.
True-Name Nemesis has protection from the chosen player. (This creature can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)
Beggar's Cardboard
Typeless
Beggar's Cardboard may be cast or played at any time.
If this card would be revealed, or change zones and be revealed, its owner names a card that costs $20 USD or more. Beggar's Cardboard gains a boxwine counter named X where X is the number of times a card has gained a boxwine counter this game, and becomes that card until that boxwine counter is removed. That counter can't be removed from this card until the game is over and remains on the card in all zones. (This effect occurs prior to placing the spell on the stack if it's being cast or played, so the spell can't be cast or played if the named spell couldn't be cast or played. Naming a card which causes your deck to become illegal in the format it's being played in may cause a game loss.)
When the game is over, remove all boxwine counters from all cards in all zones.
