    Darker Revised Duals

Just noticed while I was putting together a deck that one of my Revised Volcanic Islands was considerably darker than my other Volcanics. I checked my other Revised duals and they have that general washed out effect. This darker Volcanic Island seems to be real, everything is kosher from the look, feel, light, etc and it isn't a Summer card or anything like that. I know some cards in the early days have that darker than normal printing to it, but haven't really noticed in Revised cards because that set was extremely lighter than the rest. Is this normal? Do any of you have regular revised cards that are darker than the others? Sorry about no scan, it is broken.

You're sure it's Revised and not Unlimited, right?

Yeah this thread is pretty much worthless without a scan. I could post a thread claiming I owned a miscut Black Lotus or something, but what's the point if I don't provide pictorial proof?

Oversaturation was a common problem with some Revised sheets. I've got loads and loads of random cards that are oversaturated, mostly basic lands but a couple of other things as well. I personally haven't ever seen a dual land like this, but I wouldn't be surprised that it exists.

Well I don't see why anyone would lie about it...

I'd be curious to see the scans though just out of interest to see the difference.

I have Volcanics and Tundras which are significantly darker than the rest. I think this is just standard printing variance with older cards.

Figured that was the case, just needed some reassurance that other people have come across the same.
