Honestly, have never seen nor heard of that before outside of its probable existence as a result of some other random miscuts surfacing.
As for value, I got it for slightly more than a grand (and that is what I was offering for others like this), but would likely have gone higher if I needed to. At least this can be used in Vintage if needed.

I posted a picture of a horziontally miscut German Dreadnought like 5 years ago on librarities. The card was miscut enough to figure out that the card next to it was Teferis Isle.

What day(s) did you go? I was up there on Friday.
I personally was there Friday and only got to meet Mark Nelson.
Had to lug around a 10 year old so that kind of made it a little more difficult
