Yeah I got my Lilianas back from Steve Argyle, so I figured I'd post up what I have right now since it'll be awhile before I BB out those duals, heh. There are two more Lili's I have posted over in the Altered cards thread. So far, it's interesting getting people's reactions to them simply because everyone likes different ones.

Yup, all 4 of my foil Lilianas are altered by Steve Argyle. There are great artists out there that do alters (some of that stuff in the Altered card thread is cray cray), but it's generally my own preference to get alters done by the artist themselves (thus the Dan Scott alters on the Ponders and Susan Van Camp doodles on the Hymn to Tourachs).
For Mr. Argyle's work, as theCrav posted, it varies in range depending on the quality of what you want done. The ones I had done recently (there are much better pictures of them in the Altered card thread) were Wonderflonium alters. Since they were on foil Lilianas, I wanted to have a little nicer ones done and that particular option has him using acrylic paints instead of the normal paint pens you normally get if you get stuff done at a GP or convention.
Hah pretty much every Delver deck has a horrible manabase (although yes, BUG has the worst but it's somewhat mitigated by DRS).

I like it in place of the blasts that a lot of people who play the deck have opted for recently. I think blasts are good for big events like scg opens/invitational, gp's and etc., but unless your meta is hyper-competitive, it is my opinion that absent is a more relevant choice at a local level.
